I was absolutely devastated on Monday when I managed to lose my beloved shopping trolley. I was rushing to get to my home education group meeting and I left it on the bus. I was ringing the bus company all morning but kept getting a recorded message saying they couldn't take my call. I went down to their office but it was closed and then I found Sandi (with an i) and she took my number and said she'd call if it turned up. I honestly didn't think I'd ever get it back but she rang the next day to say it had been handed in. And with a bit of gentle persuasion she even agreed to pose for a picture. I'm very happy and I owe it all to Sandi. Thanks.
